Dear Sir or Madam:
We would like to entitle this letter, "Well I'll be Darned." The reason? On April 8, 2002 we hired a carpet cleaner to clean carpets for my sister who is in the process of moving to Oak Run from Chesapeake, VA. On April 9th the carpet looked as it did prior to April 8th. The cleaner returned and gave it his best effort with the equipment he was using (dry cleaning), but to no avail. The cleaner then told us the carpet was hopeless. We called another cleaner who via phone told us to tear it up and throw it away. No one will be able to clean it. We then called Allred's on April 15th.
George came out that day, plugged in his equipment and went to work. After the first cleaning, I could see we had the right company. The difference was notable. After finishing, George was not happy with a couple of walking paths and went over those areas again. I thanked him profusely for his work ethic, his knowledge, and willingness to work on a difficult Berber carpet (only two years old). The next morning my husband walked in, took one look, and stated, "Well I'll be Darned." The carpet was beautifully clean.
Our thanks to George for his above-the-usual call of duty knowing his business. Our eternal thanks to Allred's. This fine company will always be first on our minds when it comes to cleaning carpets, unusual effort for the difficult stains, and work ethics.
