Hot Water Extraction,
also
known as Steam Cleaning
The #1 recommended cleaning method by the carpet
manufacturers.
First we thoroughly vacuum the areas
to be cleaned; including detail cleaning the edges of the carpet along the baseboards and
corners of the room, where dust and dirt tend to accumulate. While vacuuming, the
technician is analyzing your carpet's needs. They pre-treat all soiled areas with a
professional strength, free-rinsing cleaning solution.

Special attention is then given to stains and other problem
areas.

We utilize the safest and most effective cleaning
agents in the industry. We then use Hot
Water Extraction, the most thorough carpet cleaning method per carpet
manufactures and the IICRC,
to clean the carpet.

We take the time to
double extract to assure maximum moisture removal; this helps to speed the drying time
(which varies between two to four hours). We then apply a neutralizer that balances the pH
and conditions the fibers much like conditioner softens the
hair.

protector, which comes with our exclusive 1 Year Spot Free "Peace of Mind" Warranty, or
Genuine 3M Scotchgard protector, which comes with a 90 Day Spot Free Warranty. Note: The
application of protector will prolong the drying
time.
We
then groom the carpet to leave it fluffed and beautiful. After the cleaning and the application of the carpet
protector, we install a high velocity air mover to speed up the drying process. We give you
booties (shoe covers) so you can walk across your carpet without worry until it
dries.
